Grand National winning horse ‘Comply or Die’ dies, aged 17

Wednesday, May 11, 2016 Comply or Die, the racehorse who won the 2008 Grand National has died at the age of 17. His death was announced by his former trainer, David Pipe. He died over at the weekend in Gloucestershire, where he had been staying with jockey Timmy Murphy. He was cremated on Monday and his ashes will return to Murphy. Thursday, May 8, 2014 Citing violations of its policy regarding "Marine mammal items", eBay terminated an online listing on Monday by the town of Cape St. George, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, for a 40 ft (12 m) sperm whale carcass reportedly beached upon its shores about a week prior. With an initial asking price of 99 cents, bidding for the carcass reportedly rose to C$238.03 within 15 bids. Fire hits Egyptian national theatre

Sunday, September 28, 2008 A fire on Saturday destroyed the main hall of the Egyptian National Theatre in Cairo. Six people have been injured including three firefighters. No one was in the theatre at the time as it was closed for the weekend. Egyptian state culture minister Faruq Hosni, said "The fire broke out in the main hall of the theatre.
